Terry Prentice
Terry is the President and CEO with over 30 years of experience in the aviation industry. A native of Tacoma, Washington, Mr. Prentice started his aviation career with the Boeing Commercial Airplane Company in avionics systems and integration. In 1983, he moved to Austin, Texas, where he went to work for Tracor Aviation as a Systems Engineer and received his FAA DER delegation. While at Tracor he recognized the need for a company dedicated to providing avionics engineering solutions to the airline industry. In 1991, Terry brought his experience and insight to ASM which he has helped develop into a worldwide industry leader in Avionics Systems Integration. Terry enjoys camping, boating and working on his ranch.
Mark Schultz
Mark, ASM's Vice President, is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and the University of Texas School of Law. He brings almost 30 years of business skills and experience to ASM. Mark's interests include traveling, gourmet cooking and gardening.
