ASM offers several specialized engineering capabilities:
Systems/Structural DER/DAR on staff
Customized Deviation Data Packages:
ASM provides FAA approved engineering, installation drawings and engineering orders, customized to the aircraft, based on data provided by the customer. Data includes aircraft wiring diagrams, equipment lists and photographs. Responsibility for providing accurate and timely data rests with the customer.
STC Data Packages:
Engineering Drawings
ASM provides a complete set of drawings to accomplish each modification which includes equipment location and installation, wire harness routing and wire diagrams.
Engineering Documents
ASM provides a document package with each modification which includes the top level drawing, consumable parts list, engineering order, and testing procedures.
Certification Documents
ASM provides all of the certification paperwork required, including FAA form 8110-3 with each modification.
Fleet Management:
Existing Fleet Review
ASM will conduct a fleet survey to determine the exact system capability, installation and limitations presently installed and compare to the existing documentation.
Modification Requirements and Recommendations
ASM provides a detailed recommendation for aircraft modifications to ensure the fleet is fitted and meets existing and future regulatory agency requirements.
Modification Schedules
ASM develops modification schedules to ensure all modifications are incorporated on time and ahead of regulatory required mandated schedules.
DER/DAR Staffed:
FAA Approvals
ASM employs both system and structural FAA approved DERs which ensures a timely and certified modification. ASM also employs FAA approved DARs to ensure system and kit conformity.

ASM provides the complete modification data package on the secure, customer web page for easy access and download.
Project Management
ASM maintains each program with detailed schedules, minutes and supporting data on the secure, customer web page.

ASM loads the aircraft survey data, which includes digital photographs, video and drawings, onto the secure, customer web page for easy reference.
